Our Founder
Desiree Bosch, PMP, CSM
Desiree Bosch is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership expertise in strategic and tactical planning, organizational alignment, change management, conflict resolution, and program, process, and people management.
Her education and certifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management of Computer Information Systems from Park University, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
Desiree has a notable history of volunteering, holding positions such as Events Director at KCIIBA, Strategic Advisor at DevStride, and Events Director at PMIKC. She founded Congruent Connections in 2016, where she is leading various programs and initiatives for clients across different sectors, including mechanical engineering, software engineering, insurance, management consulting, organ procurement organizations, government administration, construction.
Her professional experience before Congruent Connections includes roles at Cap Gemini, BNSF Railway, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, H&R Block, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas City (BlueKC), Novastar Mortgage, NAIC, and The Holmes Group. Desiree's career is characterized by her ability to lead and manage change, drive strategic planning, and improve operational efficiencies across diverse organizations.
